Link Development awarded “IT Partner of the Year 2011” by Saudi Post

(Riyadh, 26 April 2012) - Link Development, a leader in providing world class software solutions across the Middle East, has been named the IT Partner of year 2011 by Saudi Post. The accolade is in recognition of developing e-Mall - a bilingual e-shopping portal with a custom-built billing system enabling Saudi Post and vendors to track and audit the financial transactions and details of the e-shopping website.

Making the announcement, Dr. Mohammed Banatan, CEO Saudi Post said: “Link Development is a high valued partner for Saudi Post. Launched in 2010 and based on the Microsoft technology, e-Mall was developed and designed by Link Development for Saudi Post with the aim of being the largest and most comprehensive e-shopping portal in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The virtual shopping mall presents vendors and stores in the country with business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) e-commerce solutions. Since its inception, the e-portal has witnessed significant electronic transactions and increased sales for merchandisers and vendors.
