Batelco introduces Avaya Office-In-a-Box Solution

Batelco, the Kingdom's telecommunications provider introduced the Avaya Office-In-a-Box Solution for the first time in Bahrain, at the Bahrain International e-Government Forum which took place recently. Batelco was a diamond sponsor of the key event.

 
By being first to deliver the Avaya Office-in-a-Box in the Kingdom, Batelco added yet another first to its prestigious portfolio.

The Avaya Office-In-A-Box is an all-in-one communications solution, tailored to meet the requirements of small and medium enterprises. It unifies customers' communications; voice, video, networking, messaging, conferencing and desktop applications, thus helping employees work smarter and serve customers more effectively. It comes with certain value added applications such as built-in router (3G/3.5G/LTE or ADSL), business application integration (MS Office etc), Meet Me conferencing with 64 parties, Enhanced messaging (voice mail, instant messaging, integrated e-mail), Call Center, Data Switch (8/16 ports), 802.11n Wi-Fi AP etc other than standard telephony features.

Batelco Enterprise Division General Manager Adel Daylami said that events such as the e-Government Forum were invaluable for Batelco as they provided excellent opportunities to meet with business customers and introduce new products and services to them.
