Comptel opens branch office in Riyadh, to strengthen presence in Middle East telecom market
BSS solutions provider Comptel has opened its office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The new branch office in Riyadh is part of the company's plans to strengthen presence in the Middle East and Africa to achieve its goal of getting closer to and building more collaborative relationships with new and existing customers and partners.

Comptel focuses on supporting telecom service providers throughout Saudi Arabia with its Customer Engagement solutions and its implementation and professional services.
The company is leveraging its expertise in event data processing, advanced predictive analytics and real-time action-taking to help operators deliver a continually high quality of experience. Telecom operators can build value, customer loyalty and competitive differentiation, generate revenue and upsell opportunities, and improve their business performance.
"Saudi Arabia is fast becoming a central hub for information and communications technologies, and customers are proving to be early adopters of new advanced services," said Veqar Ul Islam, senior vice president, Middle East & Africa, Comptel.
